Furnace rotation system

The furnace body rotation system consists of spokes, upper and lower circular rails, roller guide frame, pin tooth transmission, motor reducer, etc. The furnace body rotates at a certain speed of 136~720h/360º (adjustable from one week to one month).

The motor, reducer, and friction coupling of the furnace body rotation system are all imported from Sumitomo, Japan. The torque transmitted by the friction coupling can be adjusted to protect the motor and gearbox from damage due to overload.

The furnace body rotation operation signal is connected to the DCS system, with two types of control: automatic and automatic.
