The gas dry purification system is the main equipment for gas recovery and utilization in smelting furnaces. It generally consists of cyclone settling tank, primary gas fan, secondary gas fan, explosion-proof bag bin, dust unloading system, dust conveying system, dust storage system, gas venting system, pipeline system, and nitrogen protection system. Compared with traditional wet purification technology, it has the characteristics of energy saving, water saving, carbon reduction, and environmental protection.

The equipment body dust removal bin has good airtightness and no leakage during long-term operation. The filter bag is resistant to high temperatures, has a high filtration rate, and good dust removal efficiency. The equipment is easy to maintain and repair. It can achieve online removal of any dust-removal bin without affecting the full-load operation of other bins and the submerged arc furnace. The curved head at the top of the dust removal bin can be fully opened, allowing operators to replace the filter bags outside the dust removal bin. Compared with the design of reserving manholes in the dust removal bin, it can better avoid the risk of operators working in the enclosed combustible gas explosion area, and is highly safe. The dust removal effect of the system is less affected by the concentration and quality of smoke and dust, and can operate stably even in poor furnace conditions.
This set of system can be customized according to the flue gas characteristics of different alloy products in closed submerged arc furnaces.
